Our client is looking for a technology-minded problem solver who enjoys improving business processes, learning new systems, and leveraging AI to make organizations more efficient.
This isn't a traditional IT support role. You'll own key business platforms, serve as the primary administrator for PrismHR and other enterprise systems, collaborate with leadership on technology initiatives, and receive training from leading AI consultants to help build AI-powered reporting, automation, and business solutions.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary administrator for PrismHR and other business-critical platforms.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend technology-driven improvements.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions by partnering with leadership, vendors, developers, and IT resources.
  • Configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise applications.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and business intelligence tools that support operational decision-making.
  • Collaborate with outsourced IT partners on website enhancements, system integrations, and technology initiatives.
  • Work alongside top AI consultants to learn, build, and maintain AI-powered reporting, automation, and AI agents.
  • Research emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that improve efficiency and support company growth.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior team members while remaining hands-on in day-to-day system administration.
  • Own projects from concept through implementation and ensure successful delivery.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience administering business software, enterprise applications, HRIS, ERP, CRM, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
  • Experience working with software vendors, consultants, or implementation teams.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for continuous learning, technology, and artificial intelligence.
